Submit your details to register for the UK shopping service. We will issue you a unique reference code (e.g. TIB-AF-0001).
We will send you our dedicated UK warehouse receiving location address and instructions on how to label your packages.
Order your items from any UK web store. For the delivery address, input our UK receiving facility along with your unique reference code.
When your parcels arrive at our facility, we check them against your reference. If you ordered from multiple stores, we consolidate them into a single parcel to minimize shipping costs.
Consolidated shipments are booked for air transport to Libya. We will provide weight details and final shipping invoices.
Some goods are restricted or prohibited from air transport (e.g. hazardous materials, lithium batteries, aerosols, perfumes, pressurized cans).
Please Note: Acceptance of a booking or delivery to our receiving warehouse location does not automatically guarantee that an item is eligible for air transport. Tibesti Logistics will confirm eligibility with our air transport partner where required.
Air freight pricing will be confirmed based on the chargeable weight and shipment details.
