What can I ship to Libya? ▼

You can ship general cargo such as personal boxes, suitcases, clothes, household electronics, furniture, bicycles, televisions, auto parts, and commercial warehouse pallets.

For air freight, strict regulations apply: hazardous chemicals, gas cylinders, perfumes, aerosol spray cans, and lithium battery items are restricted.

Do you collect from my address? ▼
Yes, we provide UK-wide cargo collection options. You can either arrange to deliver your shipments to our designated receiving warehouse location or request that we arrange collection from your UK residential or commercial postcode.
How are shipping prices calculated? ▼
Sea freight pricing is calculated based on physical size and volume (CBM) of items. Standard boxes have flat tariffs (e.g. Small, Medium, Large Box tariffs). Air freight prices depend on the actual or volumetric weight of consolidated packages.
What is CBM? ▼
CBM stands for Cubic Metre. It measures the three-dimensional space an item occupies (Length × Width × Height in metres). This allows us to charge fairly for container volume space.
Can I ship large or unusual items? ▼
Yes, we regularly quote for commercial and oversized cargo such as diesel generators, industrial machinery, palleted manufacturing stocks, and larger household furniture. Please request a commercial quote.
Can I ship a vehicle? ▼
Yes, passenger cars, commercial vans, and machinery vehicles can be shipped. We quote each vehicle individually based on make, model, year, drivability, and destination ports. Standard cargo CBM rates do not apply.
Can I order from UK websites if I live in Libya? ▼
Yes! Through our upcoming UK Shopping forwarding service, you register with us to get a unique reference and our UK warehouse delivery address. You order from retailers (Zara, Amazon, eBay, ASOS, etc.) and deliver to us. We consolidate and air-freight it to Libya.
Can you combine several online orders into one shipment? ▼
Yes, our UK consolidation warehouse identifies incoming packages matching your unique reference number. We consolidate multiple retail orders into one final box before dispatching to save you volumetric shipping fees.
How will I know when my shipment is leaving? ▼
The next scheduled container departure dates, deadlines, and loading status are displayed live on our Homepage schedule cards. We also notify booked customers directly.
Where do I find my Tibesti booking reference? ▼
Your unique reference code (e.g. TIB-0001 or TIB-AF-0001) is issued immediately upon booking confirmation or shopping registration. This code must be written on all packages sent to our warehouse and used for tracking.
Do you ship to Benghazi and Tripoli? ▼
Our initial consolidated sea freight service focuses on Benghazi and Eastern Libya. Please contact us regarding other Libyan destinations like Tripoli, and our team will advise on custom container routing options.
